Allison

Practice Manager

Allison started her career in dentistry in 2007 as an insurance auditor and treatment coordinator in her home state of Georgia. After moving to Los Angeles in April 2013 and trying to find her “work home” she met Dr. Cosgrove and her amazing team. Allison has been the Practice Manager since January 2014 and has appreciated the opportunity to learn and grow with the office. Working as the liaison between patient and doctor, she has the opportunity to build relationships with our patients and provide superior customer care. Not only is she trained in account and chart auditing as well as insurance, but also has training in the Ritz Carlton Gold Standard Customer Service.

When Allison is not in the office she enjoys relaxing at home with a glass of wine and a good movie. She also enjoys shopping, writing for her blog, and modeling on the side.

Andrea

Patient Coordinator

Andrea is a native of Los Angeles and has been in customer service for over 10 years. Although she is new to dentistry, Andrea has been an incredible asset to our team. Andrea loves meeting people and building relationships with patients.

Outside of the office, Andrea loves hiking and spending time with friends. She is also a fashionista and considers shopping her cardio. 

Rachel

Patient Coordinator

Rachel recently moved from her hometown of Seattle, WA. She has worked in patient and client services for the past ten years. Dentistry has always sparked her interest and in 2020 she began dental assisting and treatment coordinating. Rachel loves taking care of patients and creating an enjoyable dental experience. 

When Rachel is not in the office, she loves trying new restaurants and exploring LA. 

Julie

Registered Dental Assistant

Julie has been in the dental field for over 25 years! She attended SoCal ROC School of Health Science in Torrance. Julie enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially taking care of patients. 

When not in the office, Julie enjoys going on walks and spending time with her family and attending Dodger Games. Julie has been married for 22 years and has 2 children. 

Amanda

Registered Dental Hygienist

Amanda was born and raised in East Los Angeles, California. She fell in love with dentistry in 2012 as a patient who was unfamiliar with a dental setting. It was the care of an exceptional dental hygienist who eased her dental anxiety and helped her feel confident with her smile. This encouraged Amanda to achieve her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from West Coast University. Amanda has always been determined to succeed in the dental field and was recognized with the Student Leadership Award by the California Dental Hygiene Association. She’s presented her original dental research in both statewide and national competitions. Amanda believes that no two patients are the same. She recognizes the individual needs of patients to effectively deliver comfort and optimal care.

Amanda is passionate about dental education for all. When she’s not in the office or training for an LA Marathon, she’s working with youth mentorship programs to share her life experiences and dental health education. So if you know of any in need of an oral health presentation, please let her know!

Maryam

Registered Dental Hygienist

Maryam was born and raised in Iran. She came to America when she was 15 years old and finished high school in Los Angeles. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Science at USC and Dental Hygiene at USC School of Dentistry. She has over 17 years of experience in the field of dental hygiene and has been a clinical instructor at USC Dental School. She has been with Dr. Cosgrove for over 10 years and is also a member of different professional dental organizations such as The American Dental Hygiene Association and Dental Hygiene Club of Beverly Hills.

When she is not at the office, Maryam enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. Maryam also loves to read and her favorites are historical fiction books!

Xiao

Registered Dental Hygienist

Xiao began her career in dentistry in 2014. She has experience as an office administrator, dental assistant, and now a registered dental hygienist. Fueled by her desire to help others and wanting to be more proactive and hands-on with providing direct patient care, she completed her bachelor of science degree in Dental Hygiene at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. She believes that a gentle touch and caring demeanor is what makes every appointment that much more enjoyable and helps in creating long-lasting patient-provider relationships.
 
When Xiao is not at the office, she enjoys watching true crime documentaries, exploring California, and spoiling her dog Small Cloud.

Brandon

Floater

Brandon has been with the office since July of 2023 as a Dental Floater, learning all he can in order to apply his knowledge toward his future in dental school, and then as a Dentist. Brandon graduated from Beverly Hills High School in 2022 and is currently pursuing his Bachelor's Degree at the University of California. In the office, he hopes to positively impact patients’ experiences, while helping where he can in order to keep the office running smoothly. He looks forward to meeting each and every one of you!

In his free time, he enjoys going on hikes, trying new recipes, playing with his dog, Lily, and of course, studying for his upcoming exams. 

Josie

Emotional Support

Not only is Josie the newest member of our team she is also the cuddliest. Josie was born December 1st, 2021, and is a PooChi. She loves spending time with her mom (Allison), aunties, and especially our patients. Josie is a registered psychiatric therapy dog in training and is eager to ease your dental phobias.
